I'm Chris Nolen, a designer, art director, writer, illustrator, and terrible musician. I am also an avid gamer, bike rider, and lounger. Despite the crazy taxes, my lovely wife and I live, work, and consume in Jackson, MS. We live in an old house in an old neighborhood with an old dog in our old yard.
I've got 16 years of professional experience, and the last eight or so, I've been a designer and art director for some of Jackson's finest ad agencies, speak at various design-related functions, and generally try to be a good mentor and better teacher to the designers I work with. And in there somewhere I write about stuff I like, scripts for graphic novels, and work on various festival organizations to do my tiny little part to further the arts in Jackson.
