Investors Heritage are experts in the pre-need insurance market, helping clients with a variety of needs associated with and including funeral insurance. This topic requires a certain degree of sensitivity, as well as an eye towards the changing desires of consumers regarding funereal services - particularly in regards to more environmentally-friendly services. As such, the client wanted to evolve the brand in a substantial way that honors the past, but has a focus on the changing needs of the industry. At Mightily, we crafted and entire new brand identity system and web experience for their users by applying what the principles of user-centered design.
