This topic requires a certain degree of sensitivity, as well as an eye towards the changing desires of consumers regarding funereal services - particularly in regards to more environmentally-friendly services. As such, the client wanted to evolve the brand in a substantial way that honors the past, but has a focus on the changing needs of the industry.
