The Client
Park Community Credit Union is a regional credit union that focuses on helping members to live the lives they want by offering a wide variety of loans and financial products. They really wanted to reinforce their personal touch, as their customers are members. They wanted to feel more personal, and inspirational, allowing their members to envision fuller lives and better experiences with a little help from their friendly credit union, while at the same time standing toe-to-toe with larger banks in terms of website functionality. At Mightily, we worked with their existing logo, but created an entirely new brand aesthetic around it, emphasizing a bold gradient and hand-written typeface that lends them a more optimistic, personal feel. For the website, we relied on user-focused processes to determine who our users are, what their needs are, and how to best serve them in a useable, useful, equitable, and delightful way. From the insights we gained, we crafted a clean and friendly experience with easy access to the user’s most needed features, including a chat function to help users get answers in real time.
